The Adult and Pretrial Services Division of the San Mateo County Probation Department supports community safety through the collective efforts of the County's criminal justice system. Specifically, this Division contributes to the success of the criminal justice system and serves the community through:

 Providing rehabilitation and treatment opportunities to adult offenders, including those classified under Assembly Bill (AB) 109 or the Realignment population, reentry, Pretrial and other specialized probation supervision programs that include Pathways, Drug Court, Multiple Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Court, Veteran’s Treatment Court, and Military Diversion Court;

 Effective, consistent, enforcement of court orders;

Providing accurate and timely court reports.
