Regina Wilson-Henry, Deputy Chief of Adult and Realignment Services
Regina Wilson-Henry, Deputy Chief Probation Officer of the Adult Services Division, has worked for the San Mateo County Probation Department for 28 years; where the past 18 years have been at the management level. She worked extensively in the Institution Services Division that included the $150 million construction Youth Services Center Project as well as collaborating on the Needs Assessment phase through Post Occupancy. She was able to bring her extensive knowledge base and excellent partnership skills to the Juvenile Services Division and Realignment Services where she was instrumental in the initial implementation of AB 109 for the Probation Department. She currently has oversight of the Adult Court Investigations and Supervision Services and Realignment (AB 109) Services in the Redwood City, South San Francisco and East Palo Alto offices.
Deputy Chief Wilson-Henry earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University at Hayward with a minor in Sociology. She is currently the 2014 Bay Region Chair of the California Association of Probation Administrators of California
